This site is run by Ankur Singh under the name Beat Collider. The goal is to keep your visit private and your data minimal. Specifics:
What this site collects
Page-view analytics, anonymously. Traffic is measured through Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not set cookies, does not track individual users across sessions, and does not build profiles. It records aggregate page views, referrers, and approximate geographic regions.
Contact form submissions. When you submit the contact form on the booking page, your name, email, and message are sent to my booking inbox via Resend, a transactional email service. A copy is also stored in Cloudflare's key-value storage for 90 days, after which it is automatically deleted. The retention exists so I can find your message if I lose the original email.
Nothing else. No tracking cookies. No advertising pixels. No fingerprinting.
What third parties may collect
This site embeds media players from YouTube (privacy-enhanced mode), SoundCloud, Mixcloud, and Spotify. These embeds do not load until you scroll to them, and you can avoid them entirely by not interacting with them. Once you press play, those services apply their own cookies and tracking under their own privacy policies.
What your rights are
You can ask me to delete any contact-form submission you've sent by emailing booking@beatcollider.com. The 90-day automatic deletion runs whether or not you ask, but I'll confirm in writing if you ask sooner.
Where this is hosted
The site is hosted by Cloudflare. Cloudflare may log technical request data (IP address, request path, response code) as part of routine operation. Cloudflare does not share that data with me beyond aggregate analytics.
Bot protection
The contact form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which performs a non-interactive challenge to distinguish bots from humans. Turnstile is designed to avoid the privacy issues of older CAPTCHAs and does not require a cookie to function.
Updates to this policy
Material changes to this policy will be summarised on this page when they happen. The build timestamp in the footer reflects the most recent site update.
